About Linda
Linda Rose is the Managing Member of Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC, in Nashville. Her firm emphasizes business immigration in music and entertainment, international transfers, and university research and teaching. The firm also handles family immigration, naturalization, humanitarian cases, and federal mandamus actions. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), having served as a nationally-elected Director of the AILA Board of Governors for 14 years. She is currently serving on the AILA Texas Service Center Liaison Committee and is scheduled to speak on PERM labor certification at the AILA Annual Conference in June 2020. She was an Adjunct Professor of immigration law at Vanderbilt University Law School for 17 years. She is a member of IMMLAW, the national consortium of select immigration law firms. Rose holds dual U.S. and Italian citizenship. She speaks Spanish, loves international travel, and plays jazz vibraphone and African xylophone with her jazz band RoseOnVibes Quintet (ww.roseonvibes.com).
