Lani’s practice is focused on handling regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters for her clients, including hospitals; long-term care facilities; home health agencies; hospices; nursing homes; assisted living facilities; substance-use disorder treatment facilities; physician and dental groups; and physicians, dentists, and other individual health care practitioners. She is certified in healthcare privacy compliance (CHPC) by the Compliance Certification Board.Lani has extensive experience counseling clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, OSHA, and corporate compliance, and assists with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training required by these laws.
