Kimberly Civins has worked with wealthy individuals, families, executors and trustees for over 20 years and utilizes that expertise to assist clients with accomplishing their goals for wealth structuring and transfers. In 2016, Kim received the honor of being elected by her peers as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (“ACTEC”). Her election to ACTEC was based on her reputation, skill, and contribution to the estate planning community through lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities.Kim serves on the Board of Directors and is Vice President of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council. She is also a Board Member of Neighborhood Cooperative Ministries.
