Kevin maintains a diverse practice representing individuals in civil rights litigation, employment disputes, and personal injury matters. He also counsels and represents businesses and businesspeople in ownership disputes, breach of contract actions, and other commercial litigation. In addition to his civil practice, Kevin represents individuals in federal and state criminal prosecutions and investigations.Since joining Brown Goldstein & Levy in 2013, Kevin has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court and has represented clients in contested hearings before administrative agencies. Kevin has also argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.Kevin was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation and Personal Injury Litigation (Plaintiffs) for 2023.
