Kenneth M. Henson, III is an Associate in the firm’s commercial real estate development & finance and commercial lending practice groups. Mr. Henson has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including representing joint ventures, private equity firms, developers and lenders in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial property across all asset classes. Mr. Henson represents both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.Mr. Henson also has experience representing banks, life insurance companies, and other financial institutions in structuring, negotiating and documenting a variety of lending transactions, including development and construction loans and real estate secured term and acquisition loans across all asset classes. Mr. Henson has represented creditors and purchasers in non-judicial foreclosures.Prior to joining MMM, Mr. Henson practiced in Southeast Georgia at one of Georgia’s oldest law firms and in Atlanta at an Am Law 100 firm counseling investment trusts, international corporations, joint ventures, lenders, and developers in all aspects of real estate matters. Mr. Henson’s prior experience uniquely positions him with the expertise to represent clients in sophisticated transactions with both a deal-oriented and relationship-oriented approach.
