About Kendall
Kendall Kadish practices in the firm's Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on commercial real estate development and general business law matters. Kendall regularly advises clients on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family and low-income housing communities, senior living and memory care facility developments, commercial lease transactions, real estate finance and investment, joint-ventures, land-use and zoning, and major league sports stadium development matters. Kendall also has significant experience advising applicants, commercial lenders, landlords and tenants on various matters related to state medical marijuana programs in Ohio, Illinois and Michigan.Kendall earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Kendall worked in the leasing department at Sbarro, LLC and as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Michael Newman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also served as a research assistant to Associate Dean Garry Jenkins, exploring the practice of leadership in the legal community.
