Kendall also has significant experience advising applicants, commercial lenders, landlords and tenants on various matters related to state medical marijuana programs in Ohio, Illinois and Michigan.Kendall earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During law school, Kendall worked in the leasing department at Sbarro, LLC and as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Michael Newman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also served as a research assistant to Associate Dean Garry Jenkins, exploring the practice of leadership in the legal community.
