She helps families and individuals achieve their estate planning goals by utilizing wills, trusts, healthcare & financial durable powers of attorney, and advanced directives. By understanding who and what is important to her clients, she can customize and create a comprehensive estate plan.Kelsey also works with business owners and assists them with issues of business formation, risk management, and business succession planning.Prior to joining KHBB Law, Kelsey was an international tax consultant in Dublin, Ireland, for an international accounting firm where she advised clients on their obligations under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and international transfer pricing regimes. After returning to the United States, she joined Helsell Fetterman where she began her career in estate planning and probate administration.Prior to law school, Kelsey attended the University of Washington where she received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting. While in law school, she was a member of Seattle University’s Tax Law Student Association.
