She graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law.During law school, Kelsey served as president of the Moot Court Board; served as a judicial extern for the Honorable William E. Smith of the United States District Court of the District of Rhode Island; and was a teaching assistant for Professional Legal Writing, Professional Responsibility, and National Security law.
