Kelly Lynch is an associate in our Commercial and Business Litigation Practice Group in Frederick. Kelly served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable G. Edward Dwyer, Jr., Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Frederick County. She also previously worked for the State’s Attorney’s Office in Frederick as a law clerk and for the State’s Attorney’s Office in Baltimore as a law intern in the homicide division.
