Katie became a personal injury and medical malpractice attorney because she worked on the other side of these cases and learned how she wanted to use her talents. When she’s not in the office, Katie loves traveling with her husband, reading and writing, and spending time with her two cats, Charlie and Frankie, who make up the vast majority of the photos on her phone.Katie has experience representing clients who have suffered the death of loved ones, experienced catastrophic permanent injuries in car accidents or semi-truck crashes, and survivors of sexual assault. She started her career working for judges which made her want to be in a courtroom. Then she worked for an insurance defense firm for a couple of years and quickly learned she loved trial and the field of personal injury but was on the wrong side. After helping an insurance company win a jury trial, Katie left defense work and hasn’t looked back since.
