Before joining Lommen Abdo in 2014, she spent seven years at Hellmuth & Johnson, building a strong reputation for her strategic advocacy and negotiation skills. Prior to that, she practiced with Gislason & Hunter, representing doctors, nurses, and hospitals in medical malpractice actions, as well as insurance companies and general contractors. Kathleen’s litigation experience includes jury and court trials, arbitrations, and mediations. Notably, she and her co-counsel, Edward Milstein, successfully obtained a $1 million verdict for the plaintiff in a 2015 organ transplant case.
