Katherine L. "Kathy" McArthur

Kathy McArthur was born and raised in North Carolina. Kathy attended the University of North Carolina where she earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Kathy graduated from the University of North Carolina’s School of Law and was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1979. After being admitted to the Georgia State Bar in 1980, Kathy moved to Georgia to begin practicing law.Kathy worked as an associate attorney at Mullis, Reynolds, Marshall, Horne and Phillips from 1980-1982 before becoming a partner.
