She represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of financing arrangements, including interim, permanent, and construction loans. Ms. Paule has experience with loans secured by real property, including industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties, as well as loans secured by various types of other assets.In addition to her finance work, Ms. Paule also has experience preparing conveyance and financing documents and conducting title and survey review in connection with commercial real estate transactions.Ms. Paule earned her B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University, graduating summa cum laude. She then achieved her J.D., also summa cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2021.
