Joseph R. Falasco

Mr. Falasco has extensive trial experience across a range of complex legal matters, focusing on business and real estate litigation, product liability, class actions, and appeals. Mr. Falasco was the lead appellate counsel who won a reversal and dismissal of a $10 million dollar judgment in a construction litigation matter. He has successfully represented a health insurance company through appeal in connection with claims prosecuted through the Arkansas Insurance Department. He has served as lead trial counsel in putative class actions involving improper mortgage practices and has successfully represented property developers in overcoming contested development plans before local governments. He was part of the trial team that secured a defense verdict for two pesticide manufacturers in a high-profile case brought by farmers alleging crop damage from pesticide drift across multiple Northeast Arkansas counties.Mr. Falasco also advocates for landowners in litigation involving ingress and egress rights and has secured full-value judgments in numerous condemnation proceedings. He has acted as lead trial counsel for national companies facing claims under franchising laws and deceptive trade practices statutes.
