Joseph Covey concentrates his practice on corporate bankruptcy, reorganization and workouts with broad experience representing Chapter 11 corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, and unsecured creditors’ committees. He has represented large commercial lenders and secured bondholders in numerous multi-million dollar commercial real estate workout, foreclosure and state receivership matters. Mr. Covey also represents lenders, borrowers and real estate developers in structuring and documenting secured real estate lending transactions.Mr. Covey has lectured for local and national education associations on bankruptcy-related topics.
