Jordan A. Shaw is the Managing Partner of Shaw Lewenz and Chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Jordan represents clients in high stakes litigation involving partnership disputes, derivative actions, corporate dissolutions and receiverships, securities and stockholder litigation, fraud and fiduciary litigation, M&A litigation, financial services litigation, and real estate and contract litigation. He also represents clients in class action litigation involving state and federal consumer protection laws, deceptive trade practices, illegal fees, balance billing, insurance, securities, and financial services.
