He has successfully acted on contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, business torts, insolvency matters and various other commercial claims.Jon has appeared before the British Columbia Supreme Court, British Columbia Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Federal Court of Canada and numerous administrative tribunals, including the Environmental Appeal Board and the Residential Tenancy Board. He also regularly appears before arbitrators.
