He was also Chair of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy from 2000 until 2001. He is a member of the Arkansas Society of CPAs and the AICPA. Mr. Peace is a Fellow with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. He is a member of Taxation Section with the American Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association where he was Chair of this section in 1983. Mr. Peace is married; his wife, Pamela, is a retired French teacher. They have three children – Amy, Bethany and Michael – and four grandchildren. Mr. Peace is a licensed pilot and enjoys traveling.
