Joëlle Boisvert is the Managing Partner of the firm's Montréal office and a member of the firm’s national executive team.As an experienced commercial litigator, Joëlle counsels large national and international companies with regards to a variety of complex dispute matters.During her 25-year career, she has developed extensive experience in class actions and litigation pertaining to commercial and real estate law, including in the areas of franchising, as well as manufacturing and distribution. Her practice has brought her to plead before Federal and Provincial Courts of law, as well as administrative tribunals. She also has significant experience in arbitration, both nationally and internationally, as well as in mediation proceedings.As the first woman ever to manage the Montréal office, Joëlle is particularly committed to promoting the advancement and leadership of women in all areas of professional and commercial activity. She is convinced that women are instrumental in diversifying approaches within executive teams and increasing the added value they provide.
