Jodi has over 30 years of experience serving as counsel to lenders, borrowers, buyers, sellers, developers and owners in many types of financing, acquisitions and dispositions (including complex multi-state multi-property tax deferred exchanges), real estate development, sale/leaseback transactions and national leasing matters.Prior to joining the firm, Jodi served for more than ten years as outside general counsel to a Nevada-based gaming company. She has represented outside directors serving on special committees of boards of directors of publicly held and privately held companies.
