Jessie Harris is a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner and serves on the firm’s board of directors. A seasoned trial attorney, Jessie focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, personal and catastrophic injury, education law, and mediation services. He brings extensive courtroom and ADR experience, having handled numerous jury trials and alternative dispute resolution proceedings throughout his career.In his employment law practice, Jessie advises and defends employers in a wide range of matters, including personnel investigations, risk management, and litigation involving claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and other violations of state and federal employment laws.Jessie is also a trained mediator, having completed advanced training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
