Jerri’s experience as a litigation lawyer is extensive, and includes insurance defence, insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters. Jerri has notable trial experience as lead counsel on numerous matters.Jerri has applied her skills and insight as an advocate in litigation matters including property loss, construction claims, occupier’s liability, contractual disputes, oil and gas, environmental, products liability, employer’s liability, professional liability and bodily injury. Jerri’s commercial litigation experience includes contractual disputes, shareholders disputes and oppression claims.Jerri is a partner in the Edmonton office and was Managing Partner from 2008 to 2014. She resumed the role of Managing Director in 2022. She has presented numerous times on management and leadership topics as well as on topics of interest to the insurance industry. Jerri is actively involved in the business community in Edmonton having served several years on the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce Board and was Board Chair in 2015. She has also been involved in several other business focused committees as a volunteer.
