Jenny Tyler Baker is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Gulfport (MS) office. She is admitted to practice in Mississippi and the United States District Court of the Southern District of Mississippi. Jenny focuses her practice on defending the matters involving workers’ compensation, general litigation, premises liability, professional liability and labor and employment.Jenny graduated cum laude from Mississippi State with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law.Jenny is an active member of the Mississippi Bar Association. She has served both as president (2016-2017) and secretary (2014-2015) for the Young Lawyers Division. Jenny has also served as chair of the Health Law Section (2016-2017). Additionally, she has been involved in the Women in the Profession Committee for eight years, where she served as chair (2012-2013) and chair of the Evelyn Gandy Lecture Series (2017). Jenny is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and had been included in The Best Lawyers in America®(2024).Jenny has served as president for the Harrison County Bar Association (2008-2009) and the Harrison County Young Attorney Association (2006-2007).
