Jeffrey Tillman

Jeffrey Tillman is a partner in the Fort Worth office’s Litigation section. Mr. Tillman represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts involving complex commercial litigation, breach of contract, insurance defense, construction and real estate litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Tillman has extensive experience with all stages of litigation, from pleading through discovery, motion practice, and trial.Prior to joining Kelly Hart, Mr. Tillman was a litigation associate at Brackett & Ellis, P.C. in Fort Worth representing clients in civil litigation disputes.While in law school, Mr. Tillman interned for the Honorable Reed O’Connor of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas as well as for the Honorable Dana Womack of the 348th District Court in Tarrant County and the Honorable Jane Cummings of the Tarrant County Criminal Court No. 5. He also served as a law clerk at the Texas Attorney General’s Office Transportation Division in Austin, TX.
