Jason is a civil litigator partner in the McKercher LLP Regina office. He practices primarily in the areas of insurance defence, commercial litigation and construction law. Jason appears regularly before the Court of King’s Bench and the Court of Appeal and has acted as counsel on a number of applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.He has experience appearing before numerous courts and tribunals, including the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada, the Automobile Injury Appeal Commission and the Workers’ Compensation Board.Jason joined the partnership in 2023.Jason has recently been ranked as ‘Up and Coming’ in the area of Litigation: General Commercial in Saskatchewan by Chambers Canada in their 2025 directory.
