As a litigator, author, and speaker, he has specific expertise with regards to calls for tender in the area of construction law.As a jurist, Jasmin has been involved with the representatives of the main Quebec construction associations in their quest for the adoption of a prompt payment legislation in their jurisdictionActively involved in this high-paced industry, Jasmin has been a member of the Association québécoise des entrepreneurs en infrastructure (AQEI) and the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ)—Région métropolitaine for a number of years. He is currently sitting on the Board of Directors of ACQ. He is a Fellow of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers. Jasmin was the Leader of Miller Thomson’s National Construction Litigation Group from 2016 to 2020.
