The experience typically required in such matters includes the ability to manage major catastrophic loss investigations, analysis and enforcement of insurance and indemnity obligations related to Master Service Agreements (MSAs), evaluations of safety programs and protocols, and investigations, negotiations and resolutions of OSHA citations through informal settlement and formal contest proceedings.Jared also represents both general contractors and subcontractors in commercial construction and multimillion-dollar infrastructure construction projects. This work includes enforcement and defense of Master Services Agreements (MSA) and operating agreements, as well as representing clients in OSHA disputes and personal injury/property damage and delay claims.Jared serves as a mediator and holds a certificate in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures from the A.A. White Dispute Resolution Center at the University of Houston Law Center.
