Affiliations: Janet Lowder is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Certified in Elder Law (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. She served as Co-Chair of the Long Term Care, Medicaid and Special Needs Trust Committee of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association. Janet was one of the founders of the Community Fund Management Foundation, which provides Master Trusts and Pooled Medicaid Payback Trust for individuals with disabilities.
Education: Janet L. Lowder earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2015, summa cum laude. Prior to becoming an attorney, she served on the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities as a member of the Task Force for Alternative Models of Support.
