Since returning to Brownstein, Ms. Thalgott has continued to deliver exceptional results, representing the City of Henderson in its strategic sale of 279 acres to an affiliate of Haas Automation, Inc., for the development of an advanced manufacturing facility and integrated campus – a deal consistently recognized as one of the valley’s largest economic development achievements.
