Jim Wilson practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, collections, banking and financial institutions and general litigation. He primarily focuses his practice on matters related to bankruptcy and creditors' rights, where he assists clients in state court and bankruptcy court in enforcing rights under various types of security documents relating to commercial and personal property, as well as related litigation. Mr. Wilson is active in representing creditors in consumer bankruptcy cases, as well as business reorganizations.
