While at the School District, James worked closely with staff on the District’s Diversity in Business initiative, training the leadership team on the law relating to disparity studies and drafting the District’s policy for the implementation of programs designed to assist small, disadvantaged, veteran, women, and minority businesses.Before that, James served for seven years as an Assistant County Attorney for Lee County Attorney’s Office where he was involved in actions involving all types of litigation including, eminent domain, code enforcement, and premises liability.
