A corporate and real estate lawyer, Jim is a partner in Hahn Loeser’s Business Practice Area where he provides strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and commercial contracts. Jim has experience representing both buyers and sellers in complex mergers and acquisitions across various industries.A significant portion of Jim’s practice involves medical technology startups and early-stage companies.
