With extensive experience in all aspects of commercial leasing, Jacques represents international tenants and landlords in the drafting and negotiation of complex lease agreements and amendments relating to office, industrial and retail premises across Canada.Jacques also represents real estate developers in the sale and purchase of shopping malls, free-standing commercial or residential buildings and industrial land.Reviewing and negotiating the real estate components of share and asset purchase and sale agreements, Jacques also assists in the drafting of all related agreements prior to and post-closing.
