He advises companies, directors, shareholders, lenders, and accounting professionals on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, both in Canada and in cross-border contexts.Jack also has significant experience in international commercial arbitration, including representing clients in proceedings under UNCITRAL and ICC rules. Before joining Lawson Lundell, he practiced internationally in Doha, Qatar, and London, U.K., where he maintained a dedicated international arbitration practice.He frequently appears before the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and other Canadian courts.
