Henry Grix focuses his practice on Estate Planning & Administration and Taxation. He is experienced in developing and implementing enforceable estate plans for the management and transfer of assets during life and at death in ways that avoid unnecessary taxation, preserve privacy and protect loved ones. He counsels clients about achieving their charitable intentions through tax-efficient outright gifts, 'lead' and/or charitable remainder trusts, private foundations, donor advised funds and/or supporting organizations and counsels public charities about securing and retaining tax exempt status, including compliance issues in a changing and challenging environment.
