Harvey Morris, born in Athens, Alabama, was the first in his family to graduate high school. He earned a football scholarship to the University of Alabama, where he played under Bear Bryant and later earned his law degree in 1966.Morris began practicing law in Huntsville shortly after graduation and went on to found what is now Morris, King & Hodge, P.C. Over his nearly 50-year career, he has focused on personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance litigation, earning recognition from Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and the American College of Trial Lawyers.A past president of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, Morris remains passionate about trial work and has no plans to retire, saying simply: “It’s just too much fun.”
