About Hannah
Hannah Coleman is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practices. She has experience in leading diligence on mergers & acquisitions, drafting purchase agreements and JV agreements, enterprise commercial transactions, and drafting and reviewing due diligence memoranda.Hannah graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law. While she was there, she was a Regional Champion at the Denver Transactional Law Meet, the recruitment chair for the Negotiation and Transactional Law Competition Team, and Vice President of Membership for the Dean’s Ambassadors. Before attending law school, Hannah obtained degrees in Consumer Sciences and French from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude.
