Hailey Boutin is an associate on our banking and finance team. Her practice involves a broad range of syndicated, bilateral and capital markets debt financings. Hailey acts for both lenders and borrowers on national and cross-border transactions, including reserve and asset-based lending, leveraged finance, project finance, acquisition finance, sustainable finance, high-yield bonds and convertible bonds. Hailey also advises in connection with insolvency and restructuring matters and on derivatives documentation.
