With more than two decades of experience, he advises local and international clients from various sectors on complex commercial legal issues. Guy notably supports companies doing business in Quebec in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, the sale and distribution of products, and transactions involving intellectual capital. In particular, Guy has significant experience working with clients in the information technology, engineering and consulting, and manufacturing industries. In addition to his professional practice, Guy is involved in his community, sitting on the board of directors of the Quebec Technology Association (AQT) and also acting as its secretary.
