Gregory B. "Greg" Foliano

Greg Foliano has been defending professionals for his entire career. He has represented physicians, nurses, hospitals, lawyers and nursing homes throughout Ohio. Greg's career began in 1990 with a law firm dedicated exclusively to the defense of professional malpractice lawsuits. He tried his first case to verdict within months after receiving his law license and had his first solo case tried to verdict within a year of practice. Since that time, Greg has continued to try lawsuits throughout Ohio. Greg has represented all medical specialties and has tried to verdict multiple birth trauma cases. He continues to be sought out by major hospitals to defend birth trauma and catastrophic injury cases. He has been invited to give lectures to physicians and lawyers on issues such as informed consent, medical records and risk management, and has served as a guest lecturer in Ohio State University's Trial Advocacy Class. Greg has taught continuing nursing/medical education courses on the legal issues in surgery, radiology, emergency medicine, and obstetrics. Before joining Arnold Todaro Welch & Foliano as a partner in 2007, Greg was a partner at the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur.
