About Gregory
Mr. Eurich represents clients in virtually all areas of labor law, with particular emphasis on litigation of labor disputes. He works on lawsuits, including those for which he defends major clients against claims of race, sex, age, disability, and national origin discrimination; actions involving collective bargaining agreements; and a variety of wrongful discharge claims in lawsuits before state and federal trial and appellate courts in much of the Western United States. Over the course of his labor litigation career, Mr. Eurich has been lead trial counsel in more than 75 trials, over half of which have been jury trials. He has extensive experience in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state civil rights commissions throughout the Rocky Mountains, the U.S. Department of Labor and OFCCP. He also has extensive arbitration experience. Mr. Eurich has practiced at Holland & Hart since 1973. He was Chair of the firm's Litigation Department from 1991 to 1994 and was previously Chair of the firm's Labor Practice Group within the Litigation Department. Mr. Eurich was elected to and served on Holland & Hart's five-member Management Committee, and also served as Chair of the firm's Diversity Committee. He has also taught at numerous seminars on a variety of labor topics.
