About Fred
Fred L. Hubbs is a Partner in Hall Booth Smith’s Atlanta office and is head of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation practice group. He is the past chair of the Workers’ Compensation section of the Atlanta Bar of Georgia. Since 2008, Fred has served on the State Board’s Advisory Council, which proposes worker’s compensation legislation to the State Board and the Governor of Georgia each year.Fred speaks at numerous seminars both around the state of Georgia and across the country. His client-focused approach to workers’ compensation cases includes constant contact to provide answers to questions and working through issues in a cost-efficient manner.
