Frank Baldino is an estate planning attorney who co-chairs Lerch, Early & Brewer’s Estate Planning & Probate group in Bethesda, Maryland. He received his Juris Doctor from the Seton Hall University School of Law and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
