Flavia Campbell focuses her practice in the areas of trademarks and copyrights, counseling her clients on management of their intellectual property rights in the U.S. and abroad. In addition to assisting clients with the selection, clearance, prosecution, policing and enforcement of their trademarks, she negotiates and drafts a wide variety of intellectual property agreements, represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and provides counsel on trademark matters in general. Flavia also advises clients on the clearance and registration of copyrights, and negotiates releases, licenses and other agreements involving copyrights and rights of publicity. Her work also includes assisting clients with domain name disputes, websites privacy policy statements and terms of use.
