She has significant experience in the hospitality industry, representing clients on full-service, limited-service, franchised, and brand-managed hotel transactions.Prior to joining Barack Ferrazzano, Euna was a real estate associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins, where she represented and advised clients in a variety of complex real estate and finance transactions involving hotels, data centers, industrial properties, medical offices, and mixed-use properties. During law school, Euna worked as a student attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, which provides free legal representation for clients in their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.
