Ms. Fox is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, the James E. Rogers College of Law, and the Institute of Trial Advocacy Family Law Trial Institute of the American Bar Association . Erin Fox is a partner at McNorton Fox PLLC, a boutique law firm serving the Tucson community solely devoted to the practice of family law. Ms. Fox is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State. Bar of Arizona. She regularly serves as a judge pro tempore for Pima County Superior Court, and acts as a Court Appointed Advisor. She was admitted to practice in 2008. Ms. Fox has been recogni??ed as one of the Top 50 Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona by the Arizona Bar Foundation in 2020, 2013, and 2010. She was honored as an Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney of the Month by Southern Arizona Legal Aid in 2014 and 2009.
