Emanuel Álvarez Pérez is an associate in the San Juan, Puerto Rico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C., where he focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters. Emanuel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. During his legal studies, he interned with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico, the Puerto Rico Department of State, and a prominent law firm, gaining invaluable experience in various legal disciplines. Upon graduating, Emanuel achieved the seventh-highest score on the March 2023 Puerto Rico General Bar Exam and ranked tenth on the Puerto Rico Notarial Bar Exam, distinguishing himself for his legal expertise and academic excellence. He was also awarded the Corporate Law Medal for earning the highest grade in the subject. Emanuel served as a teaching assistant for Professors Jocelyn López Vilanova in Cross-Examination and Yanira Reyes Gil in Constitutional Law.
