He regularly works in tax planning with respect to subpart F income, the acquisition and sale of U.S. real estate, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations, expatriations, transaction structuring, income tax treaty, tax controversy and compliance issues.Mr. Rodrigues received a J.D. and LL.M. in taxation, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
