He has represented venture capital funds in their formation and strategic investment transactions. Doug also has experience in representation of issuers in public and private asset-backed securitization transactions. Doug provides a real world approach in advising clients regarding a vast array of business, finance and M&A matters. Before attending law school, Doug worked in commercial banking, and together with his legal experience, Doug has a solid foundation in assisting clients realize their goals including structuring and closing strategic transactions, equity and debt offerings, formation of business entities and general corporate counsel.
