Doreen Sim is a senior partner in our Finance Practice Group. She specialises in general banking, finance and security transactions. She has extensive experience in a wide range of loan and other debt related transactions (both domestic and cross border) including bilateral, club and syndicated loans, property financing and acquisition and asset financing. Her clients include local and foreign banks, large corporates, real estate investment trusts and funds.Doreen has led in major project finance, onshore and offshore financing, profit participation security transactions and securitisations. Doreen has also advised on banking, insolvency and other financial laws and regulations and has been involved in debt restructurings.Doreen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Law) degree from Girton College, Cambridge in 1988 and has been practising banking law since her call to the Singapore Bar in 1990.
